Rights you can exercise

How to make a request
Email privacy@skillsnest.co.zw from the email address on your SkillsNest account. Include:
- Your account email.
- The right you want to exercise (for example, access or deletion).
- Any details that help us identify the specific data you are asking about.
We may need to verify your identity before we act on the request.
Response times
We aim to respond within a reasonable time. If a request is complex or we receive many requests at once, we may need more time and will let you know.
Complaints
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the relevant Zimbabwean data protection authority. You can also contact [Privacy/DPO contact] directly.
